Territorial Christmas in Guthrie
Guthrie is home to one of the largest historically preserved districts in the USA. Early 20th-century style with the territorial homes and building make this a wonderful tourist destination. The places oozes and old timer vibe and the wild west with the best of them.
Tour or marvel at the intricate costumes worn by revelers during the Victorian Walk Evenings. The theater is really cool and also worth a visit any time of year.
Downtown Okc
Growing up Gen-Z in Okc, downtown wasn’t really much of a thing. These days, Christmas is done up proper with an ice skating rink and a really cool snow slide at the ballpark. Downtown in December is also Free Downtown in December.
The Nutcracker is Okc and Tulsa
Both Okc and Tulsa put on wonderful renditions of the Nutcracker. One of the premier Christmas events in Oklahoma.

Okc Zoo
I’v always been a big fan of zoos and have been to many great ones,. Okc’s zoo is first rate. They deck the halls with impressive lights. Unfortunately there are no shows at the amphitheater this time of year.
Ski Island
A long time Okc tradition, the residents of Ski Island go all out with their lights. The cars line up and come from near and far for drive through the festive neighborhood.
Snowman Wonderland in Seminole
A plethora for Snowman at this small town Christmas celebration. I have not been back to this quaint town since the middle school tennis days. It’s on our short list for okie fun blogging adventures.
Christmas at the Castle of Muskogee

Rhema Christmas Lights and witness over three million shimmering lights synchronized to Christmas music across 110 acres. This much-loved lights display in Broken Arrow began in 1982 and has been attracting visitors ever since.
